Description

Work Schedule

6AM-2PM Monday - Friday

 

Responsibilities:

-      Rub smear on alpine style cheeses

-      Flip and rotate cheeses for proper curing

-      Complete necessary paperwork and documentation

-      Operate forklift to complete needed material handling/rack movements within the room

-      Complete sanitations tasks utilizing food grade chemicals, hoses and manual scrubbing

-      Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s), PPE and other safety related requirements

Requirements

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

-      Work environment is physical and involves continuous lifting of 25-30 lbs from floor level to overhead.  Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be able to bend, squat and twist.  Must be able to stand for a full 8-12 hour shift.
