SUMMARY: The Business Analyst II will plan, coordinate, audit, and conduct analysis related to the influential factors that drive corporate special revenue billings. Utilize data from existing sources as well as develop data gathering techniques when necessary data is not available. Work closely with Operations, Sales, and IT departments to gain an understanding of business processes. Assist in the development of improvement controls and metrics to ensure sustained performance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  • Conduct statistical analysis of data to provide focused direction for process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop retrieval methods to compile necessary data for analysis, reporting, or control metrics

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Math, or Statistics or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in business.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, data extraction, and analysis tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand business workflows.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure in an efficient and economical manner without close supervision meeting agreed upon deadlines.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Follow process change controls. Update and maintain accurate procedure manuals, instructions and written guidelines.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
